Request Deletion

Email info@bluesparrow.dev from the email address used for EventSmart. Include the subject line "Delete EventSmart account".

Deleted Data

• Cloud account profile and business records.
• Cloud sync records, public share links, and uploaded file metadata.
• Uploaded backup files associated with the account where cloud storage is enabled.

Retained Data

Minimal deletion audit records may be retained for security, fraud prevention, and legal compliance. Local data on personal devices must be deleted from the app or device.
